Stacked is supporting the direct ordering platform helping hospitality take back control of their eCommerce.

Restaurants, bakeries, QSRs: if they sell food, we help them sell it directly, with control and more profitably.

The role:

You are what keeps our partners winning.

As our Partner Account Manager, you own the relationship with our partners once they are live. You pick them up after onboarding

and become their main point of contact: keeping them successful, growing their business with us, and owning their renewals.

You are the commercial heart of that relationship. In your first few months the job is to hold the book steady and make sure every

partner feels looked after. From there, you grow it.

What you’ll be doing

Own the relationship

• Be the trusted point of contact for your portfolio of partners.

• Run a tiered book: go deep with the biggest, and keep smart, systematic contact across the rest so nobody goes quiet.

• Learn the platform in-depth so you can solve problems yourself, not just pass them on.

Grow the business

• Spot where partners can grow and get them onto the features that move the needle: loyalty, their own app, more

delivery, new sites.

• Use data to find the opportunities and build the case.

• Work smart with AI so you can give a whole book real attention and make yourself scalable.

Make it scale

• Keep partner records and activity up to date.

• Feed partner insight back to the product team through the right channels.

• Help sharpen the playbooks so this keeps working as we grow.

Renewals

• Own the renewal cycle and carry it to signature with support around you.

• Make renewals feel natural, because partners already see the value.

About you

We care about how you think, your work ethic, and your standards. Ideally you also have:

• 2 -4 years in account management or customer success, ideally having owned a book of your own. You are hungry to take

on more ownership and responsibility, and you will treat this book like it is your own business to grow.

• Vibrant and personable: you win people over quickly and you read the room.

• Commercially confident: you can sell, and you are comfortable handling senior stakeholders and confronting

conversations.

• Street smart and curious: you get to grips with a product and use it to solve real problems.

• Confident with tech tools and quick to learn new ones. We run our CRM on HubSpot, but the want to get hands-on with

systems matters more than any specific tool.

• You already use AI in your day to day, ideally Claude and tools like Cowork for running projects. If you are not there yet

but you are a curious, structured thinker who teaches yourself something on a Sunday and applies it on Monday, that

mindset counts just as much. We lean on AI heavily to do more with a small team.

• Highly organised and self-driven: you run your own week and bring ideas, not just updates.

• You want to win, and a steady coast-along job would bore you within a month.

• A love of food and hospitality is a real plus, though not essential. Some of our best people came from outside it.

The package

• £48,000 base salary plus performance commission, with on-target earnings to £60,000

• Office-first in Shoreditch with time out in the field with partners, plus the flexibility to work from home a couple of days a

week once you have found your feet and earned the trust.

• Unlimited holiday policy. Take the time you need to recharge.

• Enhanced parental leave.

• Paid CODE app subscription for exclusive hospitality perks
